INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY

On arrival the apartments will be ready from 4.00 pm
At the departure, we kindly ask you to leave the apartment no later than 9.30 am

CHECK-IN: 4.00-7.00 pm
CHECK-OUT: 9.30 am

The swimming pool (unheated) is open for our guests from June till September, with the following times: 10.00 am - 8.00 pm.

Four-legged friends are welcome, upon request and prior confirmation. A daily supplement will be required

Each apartment has 1 outdoor carpark near the house.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

Flexible, refundable rate:

This rate is always bookable

A payment of a deposit is required to confirm the booking and subsequent tranche of payment.

Reservations included in the period 20.04.24 - 24.05.24 and 31.08.24 - 06.10.24:

Free cancellation up to 21 days before arrival

From 21 days to 0 days before arrival, the deposit paid will be converted into a holiday voucher to be used by 15.09.24

Reservations included in the period 25.05.24 - 30.08.24:

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival

From 29 days to 7 days before arrival, the deposit paid will be converted into a holiday voucher to be used by 15.09.24

From 7 days to 0 days before arrival, or in the event of a no show, late arrival or early departure, the full rental amount, including additional costs, will be charged

Non-refundable rate:

This rate is bookable up to 15 days prior to the arrival date.

A prepayment of the full amount is required upon confirmation of the reservation.

This prepayment is non-refundable in case of cancellation/change of reservation, or no-show.
